- **Responsibilities**:_
- To ensure the configuration of Cameras/Routers/Switches/Tablets and accessories are done within KPIs.
- Ensure maintenance is carried out as per schedule without interruption to services and business.
- Ensure issues are addressed and resolved within target KPIs.
- Ensure all related incidents are registered in the Helpdesk System for escalation.
- To ensuremaintenance are carried out as per schedule without interruption to services and business.

- Ensure deployment, relocation, and all ad-hoc requests are completed within schedule.

- **Requirements**:_
- Strong understanding of the functions of IT Computer and mobile systems, hardware, software, and other peripheral equipment.
- Strong Communication & Interpersonal Skills
- Strong IT Support and troubleshooting Skills
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving.
- Good requirement gathering and software testing skills.
- Good documentation and reporting skills.
