**Requirements**:

- At least 2 to 3 years of relevant working experience in secretary preferably
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities in English and Malay.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work outside regular office hours when necessary

**Key Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Provide comprehensive administrative and clerical support to the management.
- Schedule and manage appointments, meetings, and conferences.
- Handle travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and transport.
- Coordinate and prepare formeetings, including preparing agendas, minutes and distributing meeting materials.
- Plan and organize company events, meetings, and conferences, including logistics, catering, and venue arrangements.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with the highest level of professionalism
