**Handling Import / Export**
- Plan and monitoring stock level. Place order to respective supplier.
- Monitoring the shipment creation and sailing date / follow up the shipment documents with Suppliers
- To verify the shipment documents before submit to Forwarder
- Co-ordinate with forwarder on incoming / outgoing shipment
- To verify K1 / K2 form for custom submission
- To verify forwarder invoices & others fee charges before forward to Account department for payment
- To handle costing after items arrival & final billing received from forwarder
- To handle / request air freight / fedex / UPS quotation as well as quotation for custom clearance (CPT KLIA) for those urgent orders, to arrange pick up & monitoring the shipment progress

**Handling Incoming Supplier Invoices / Supplier Order Status**
- To verify the supplier invoices on the amount and quantity before forward to Account Department for payment
- To update items into SQL upon ordered items received from supplier ( for VWR items, need to create lot / batch number in SQL
- To follow up the original invoices from supplier for account safe keeping
- To follow up order status with Suppliers
- To attend suppliers request on those items need end user declaration (EUD) & submission to supplier for further process the order
- To report defect items with supplier, to handle, follow up Credit Note request from supplier

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
