**SUMMARY**

The Administrative Assistant facilitates the efficient operation of the assigned department

by performing a variety of clerical and administrative tasks such as filing, indexing,

copying, binding, scanning etc.

**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**

Your duties and responsibilities include the following and other duties may be assigned from time to time.
- Sorting workorder for closing based on required date
- Segregates workorder by account/date for workorder closing by CS.
- To index the closed workorder numbers by bundle
- To archive/ index the bundle of closed workorders in carton
- To assist in preparing material for supply
- To assist in document filing management
- To assist in ad-hoc project
- To assist in any other ad-hoc tasks

**Job Type**: Internship
Contract length: 3 months

**Salary**: RM800.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

- Shah Alam (required)

Ability to Relocate:
