**Overview**

We are seeking a Growth Manager to drive growth through innovative go-to-market strategies and initiatives for our new business. As a Growth Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing a growth plan that focuses on customer acquisition, retention, and expansion, while analyzing market trends, consumer behavior, and competition to identify new opportunities for growth.

**Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement a comprehensive growth plan that includes digital marketing, sales, product development, and customer experience strategies.

- Optimize customer acquisition and retention through targeted campaigns and initiatives.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, vendors, and partners.
- Growing the business from 0 to first key milestone.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in growth marketing, business development, or a related field.
- Breath digital, with a knack for consumer goods.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to make strategic decisions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders

**Salary**: RM6,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Shah Alam: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
