We are now inviting qualified individuals to join this team in the role of **Global Payments Solutions (GPS) Sales Manager - Global Banking Corporate**

**Principal Accountabilities**
- Achieve sales targets through implementing agreed sales strategies and policies.
- Maintain and increase market share of the transaction business by reviewing existing business and acquiring new opportunities within and outside new target markets.
- Proactively cross-sell the full range of integrated cash management capabilities as well as across all products within the Bank.
- Prepare sales presentation to corporate customers, explaining and recommending services that expound customer value proposition.
- Work closely with all stake holders, e.g., Relationship Managers, Operations, Legal and other divisions of the Bank.
- Accurately report on status of all customer deals on a timely manner throughout sales cycle.
- Ensure compliance to all internal guidelines and external regulations.
Requirements
- Sales experience in selling customised solutions to corporate customers.
- Possess strong drive and initiative with exceptional commercial acumen to acquire new businesses and customers.
- Team player with penchant for change. An affinity towards customer-relationship and constantly striving to exceed customer’s expectations.
- Have an understanding of associated risks whilst dealing with customers - operational, financial, compliance, legal, regulatory to name a few
- Strong leadership, results-oriented, highly analytical, good time management and a passion to be the best.
- Tertiary degree with minimum 5 years related experience.
