Sales Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support our sales team in achieving their objectives. The Sales Coordinator will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, coordinating sales activities, and providing excellent customer service to clients.
**Responsibilities**:
- Assist the sales team with day-to-day administrative tasks, including preparing sales reports, maintaining customer records, and processing sales orders.
- Manage and organize sales-related documentation and correspondence.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for sales representatives as needed.
- Act as a liaison between the sales team and other departments within the organization to ensure smooth communication and collaboration.
- Schedule and organize sales meetings, conference calls, and presentations.
- Follow up on sales leads and inquiries to ensure timely and accurate responses.
- Address customer inquiries, complaints, and issues in a professional manner, escalating complex matters to the appropriate channels when necessary.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and assist in identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products/services.
- Assist in the preparation of sales proposals, contracts, and presentations.
- Coordinate product demonstrations and trials for potential customers.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns to support sales efforts.
**Requirements**:
- Diploma / SPM and those with related experience will be considered.
- Proven experience in a sales support or administrative role, preferably in a similar industry - (Fresh Produce or Retail Industry).
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure in a
fast-paced environment.
**Work Location: Warehouse (Jalan TUDM, Kampung Baru Subang
