Mempromosi dan menjual produk secara on-line ada off-line. - Menghubungi semua pelanggan dan memaklumkan promosi produk. - Menjawab panggilan telefon, pertanyaan pelanggan di akaun media sosoal syarikat, on line atau off line. - Follow-up call pelanggan baru dan lama. - Merekod maklumat pelanggan. - Merekodkan jualan harian dan mingguan. - Update laporan jualan. - Capai target jualan. - Kemaskini data base pelanggan. - Memastikan aduan, pertanyaan dan maklum balas pelanggan ditangani dengan pantas dan berkesan. - Terlibat dengan “video shot” untuk buat content mempromosi produk. - Terlibat dalam programe “live” dalam social media syarikat. - Melaksanakan tugas tambahan sekiranya diperlukan untuk syarikat.
