**Responsibilities**
- **Recruitment Management**:_
- Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment plans for positions such as anchors, live streaming teams, and other relevant roles.
- Manage the anchor team to ensure the smooth progress of the live broadcast business and handle daily employee issues.
- **Compensation and Benefits Management**:_
- Manage compensation calculations and distribution, as well as the administration of employee benefit plans.
- **Compliance with Labor Laws**:_
- In-depth understanding and familiarity with Malaysian labor laws to ensure HR policies and practices comply with regulatory requirements.
- Handle matters related to employee contracts, labor agreements, and regulations, ensuring legal compliance throughout the employment lifecycle.
- **Onboarding and Offboarding Management**:_
- Manage the onboarding process, including contract signing and training.
- Assist with employee and offboarding procedures, ensuring a smooth process in compliance with regulations and company policies.
- Manage employee attendance, employee files, and output work collaboration process SOP

**Requirements**:

- **Language**:_
- Ideally able to read, write & speak English, Malay and Mandarin.
- **Work Experience**:_
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment and human resources management in the Malaysian region.
- Prior experience in recruitment and management within the live streaming industry is a plus.
- **Skills and Knowledge**:_
- Familiarity with Malaysian labor laws and related regulations.
- Outstanding communication and teamwork skills.
- **Additional Requirements**:_
- Strong communication, problem-solving and adaptability skills, capable of addressing various HR challenges.
- Strong organizational and planning skills to effectively manage multiple tasks.
- Excellent Excel skills, especially formula

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
