Human Resources Executive

**Requirements**:
- Fluent in both English & Mandarin
- Min 1 year experience in personnel or administrative job is preferred
- Knowledge in Basic HR practices & familiar with Labor's Law & Act
- Basic knowledge in SQL system
- Intermediate knowledge in Microsoft Excel, Word & Powerpoint
- Able to work independently and in a team
- Strong interpersonal communication skills
- Good management skills
- Possess own transport (There will be no Public Transport nearby)
- Able to work Monday - Friday

**Responsibilities**:
- General admin & Secretarial works
- Handling full HR functions - Recruitment, leave calculation, payroll, SOCSO & etc
- To maintain up to date company organization chart & Employee details
- Monitor and supervise staff disciplinary action
- Handling all administrative task for on boarding, interview session, exit interview & etc
- Assisting Manager in payroll and staff's benefits
- Monitoring staff's attendances
- Assists in enhancement and improvement in various HR policies & procedures
- Other Ad Hoc tasks
