Human Resources Assistant

We are looking for a dedicated **Human Resource Assistant** to support and strengthen the company’s HR functions.
**Job description**
- Handle recruitment process (job postings, resume screening, arranging interviews, preparing offer letters)
- Manage staff attendance and leave records using the Company HR system
- Prepare and maintain HR documentation (offer letters, memos, warning letters)
- Assist in onboarding and exit processes, ensuring proper documentation and smooth transitions
- Monitor employee performance in line with company goals.
- Support HR compliance matters related to EPF, SOCSO, PCB, and LHDN
**Requirements**:
- Diploma / Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- At least **1 year experience** in HR/administration is preferred (fresh graduates with internship experience are encouraged to apply)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Good communication, organizational skills
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision
- Knowledge of Employment Act 1955
