**Overview**
**Responsibilities**
- Recruit new employees. (including job posting, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.)
- Prepare monthly payroll and statutory payments within the designated timeframe.
- Assist in coordinating employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance procedures.
- Coordinate staff engagement activities, training sessions, events, and HRDC-related matters.
- Ensure that human resource practices comply with regulations and internal policies.
- Assist in the daily operations of HR functions and related administrative matters.
- Undertake additional projects and ad-hoc assignments as required by management.
**Skills**
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Knowledge of Employment Act and regulations.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Able to write & speak in **Mandarin,** English & Malay.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
