**JOB REQUIREMENTS**:
- Must possess at least a Diploma in Business Studies/ Administration/ Management, Human Resource Management or equivalent.
- Must have at least 7 to 10 years of experience in the Human Resources field.
- Passionate in payroll administration and HR documentation.
- Proven expertise in HR and administrative management positions.
- Fluent in writing English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent at problem-solving and attention to details.
**JOB DESCRIPTIONS**:
- Develop, implement, and monitor HR strategies and initiatives that correspond with the overall business plan.
- Responsible for handling payroll in Malaysia and Overseas, as well as compiling reports for the Accounts Department.
- Promote business culture and cultivate a positive work environment.
- Supervising a team of HR personnel.
- Maintain legal compliance throughout human resource management.
- Responsible for developing benefits packages, monitoring employee records, resolving grievances and disputes, ensuring job satisfaction, and overseeing employment needs.
- Responsible for the operation of the HR, payroll, and administrative tasks.
- Perform any other duties as requested.
**Job Type**: Permanent
**Salary**: RM8,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month

- Monday to Friday

- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)
