Human Resources Assistant

Assist in daily HR operations and documentation.
- Maintain and update employee records in the HRIS system.
- Prepare onboarding documents and assist in new hire orientation.
- Track and manage staff attendance, leave, and medical claims.
- Support payroll preparation by providing relevant data (attendance, leaves, bonuses, etc.).
- Assist with performance review and training program tracking.
- Draft HR letters such as employment confirmation, transfer, promotion, and termination.
- Maintain HR files, forms, and documents with confidentiality.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.
- Support HR events and engagement initiatives.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
