Responsible for overall quality system in HR department;
- Recruitment: Conducting recruitment/exit interviews and recording them accordingly, Facilitating newcomers joining formalities, Reviewing & updating job descriptions for all positions regularly;
- Compensation & Benefits: Handling monthly payroll and yearly forms for employees, Liaising with all government agencies to ensure adherence to compliance laws and regulations, Follow up on confirmation records statutory obligations;
- HR Administration: Communicating and explaining the organization's HR policies to the employees, Handling administration of all employment. Preparing and submitting all relevant HR letters/documents/certificates/ attendance as per the requirement in consultation with the management;
- Employee Relation: Handling all employee enquiries & grievances. Dispute settlements according to labor law and government compliance;
- Training & Development : Organising training sessions or trainings for employees ensuring they are fully equipped to be able to perform their duties. Conduct assessment for staffs competency, with competency exams;
- Any other task assigned by General Manager & Managing Director.
**Requirements: -**
- At least 2 years working experience in the related field is required for this position;
- At least 2 years working experience in the related field is required for this position;
- Required Skills(s) : Microsoft Office (Excel,Word), Communication Skill;
- Preferable Executive specialized in Human Resource or equivalent;
- Analytical and detailed oriented;
- Requires good interpersonal and communication skills;
- Able to work independently and work under pressure;
- Ability to work to deadlines;
- Maturity in thinking and ability to execute plans;
- Highly computer literate in Microsoft Suite (especially Excel) and various HR software especially SQL;
- Able to start work immediately.
