**Responsibilities**:

- Process export RFQs, order acknowledgment and shipping document as necessary
- Prepare, administer and coordinate customer quotations, proposals, order, contracts and specifications in an efficient manner
- Provide general support on overall local & export documentations and order fulfilment
- Preparation of month report for sales related report
- Handling customers’ complaint, and prepare complaint summary to related departments
- Other administrative roles for example filling, recording and etc.
- Perform any ad-hoc duties as assigned or required from supervisor

**Requirement**:

- Experience in sales of any field
- Organized, independent, strong in time management & problem solving.
- Good communication and writings in English, CN and Bahasa Malaysia
- Proficient in MS office, especially in Excel (familiar with Vlookup and Pivot) and PowerPoint

**职责**:

- 根据需要处理出口询价,订单确认和运输文件
- 高效地准备、管理和协调客户报价、提案、订单、合同和规格
- 为所有本地及出口文件和订单的执行提供支持
- 准备销售相关的每月报告
- 处理客户投诉,并准备投诉汇总给相关部门
- 其他行政工作:如填写、记录等
- 完成上级分配或要求的其他工作

**要求**:

- 申请人必须至少拥有商业研究/国际商业/管理或任何相关领域的文凭/学位
- 任何领域的销售经验
- 有条理,独立,较强的时间管理和问题解决能力
- 良好的英语、中文和马来文沟通和写作能力
- 熟练使用MS office,尤其是Excel(熟悉Vlookup和Pivot)和PowerPoint
