Pet Club Leader

As a Pet Club Leader, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our pet club, providing excellent customer service, and overseeing day-to-day activities. Your love for animals, combined with strong leadership skills, will contribute to the success of our club.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Supervise daily operations, including opening and closing procedures.

2. Train, motivate, and lead a team of club assistants to deliver exceptional customer service.

3. Maintain a deep understanding of our product range, assisting club member or guest inquiries.

4. Ensure the club is well-managed and visually appealing by overseeing merchandise displays and inventory management.

5. Handle club member or guest concerns and resolve issues promptly, ensuring satisfaction.

6. Uphold and enforce club policies and procedures, fostering a positive and respectful work environment.

7. Collaborate with management to achieve sales targets and goals.

8. Performs other related duties as assigned.

**Requirements**:
1. Preferred proven experience in a retail/club supervisory or leadership role.

2. Passion for animals and a basic understanding of pet care and/or products will be extra bonus.

3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

4. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

5. Ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment.

6. Knowledge of inventory management and merchandising techniques.

7. Flexibility to work weekends. (optional)

8. Basic computer skills for point-of-sale transactions and inventory tracking.

**Salary**: RM4,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month

- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (required)

**Experience**:

- Supervising: 2 years (preferred)

- Malay (required)
- Mandarin (preferred)
