**主要責任**
- 詳細了解螞蟻金服的產品和產品營運能力，涉及螞蟻金服旗下包括美國、拉丁美洲和亞洲各國在內的多個全球實體下的信用卡、電子錢包和其他APM的支付處理（收單）。
- 與業務開發團隊密切合作，向潛在商家和現有商家創建並向其展示螞蟻金服的全球支付產品解決方案，重點是銷售新解決方案和現有解決方案。支援現有解決方案。
- 有效捕捉和闡明商家的業務需求，識別潛在的差距並將其轉化為產品需求。
- 領導產品解決方案開發工作，以填補空白或滿足客製化需求，並專注於基於現有產品功能滿足個別商家的需求，而不是開發全新的產品功能。
- 定期收集其他內部職能部門（例如合規性、營運）的產品請求，這些請求將影響特定商家的產品解決方案的實施。
- 充當產品內部和外部的大使，並作為與產品相關的查詢的主要產品聯絡人。
- 管理任何與產品相關的參與中的外部和內部利害關係人關係。
- 了解、定義和追蹤產品性能指標。繼續提供回饋以改善客戶體驗和績效。

**資格**
- 至少 3 年以上產品管理或相關職位經驗。有支付產業經驗者優先。
- 對支付技術、支付管道和行業參與者有很好的了解。
- 與業務和技術團隊合作的實務經驗。具有了解業務需求和定義產品規格的經驗。
- 強大的分析能力和經過驗證的數據驅動決策能力，定義和管理定性和定量研究和測量計劃的能力。
- 強大的組織敏銳度－能夠在矩陣環境中蓬勃發展，而成功取決於高度的跨職能協作。
- 積極進取的態度、願意學習和傾聽、獨立工作的能力以及完成任務的強烈動力。需要經常出差。
