**Title: Native Japanese and Korean Customer Support Representative**

**Location**: LV, Georgetown Penang

**Job Type**: Full-time

**Education**:

- High school diploma required
- 2 years of university education preferred; 3 or 4 years of bachelor's degree is acceptable
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience

**Language Requirements**:

- Native proficiency in Japanese and Korean
- English Assessment: B2 level or above

**Typing Skills**:

- Minimum typing speed of 70 words per minute in Korean, Japanese, and English

**Shift**: Rotational

**Date of Joining (DOJ)**: 25th March 2024

**Basic Salary**: RM7500 - RM8500

**Headcount Required**: 30 Customer Support Representatives

**Specific Experience**:

- Preferred customer support experience
- Strong communication skills in Japanese, Korean, and English
- Ability to handle customer queries and issues effectively

**Responsibilities**:

- Resolve customer issues, complaints, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.
- Follow company guidelines and procedures while interacting with customers.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma (2 years of university education preferred; 3 or 4 years of bachelor's degree acceptable).
- Native proficiency in Japanese and Korean.
- English Assessment: B2 level or above.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience, preferably in customer support.
- Excellent typing skills with a minimum speed of 70 words per minute in Korean, Japanese, and English.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Familiarity with customer support processes and procedures.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
- Able to start on 25th March 2024.

Pay: From RM8,000.00 per month
