**Job Description**:
We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative proficient in Korean to join our team in Penang, Malaysia. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer support to our Korean-speaking clients. Whether it's handling inquiries, resolving issues, or providing product information, your role will be crucial in ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering positive relationships with our clientele.
**Responsibilities**:
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently, aiming for first-contact resolution.
- Assist customers with product information, order processing, and account management.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex customer issues.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of customer records and interactions in the CRM system.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, services, and policies.
- Uphold company standards for customer service quality and response times.
- Contribute to team meetings, training sessions, and process improvement initiatives.
- Strive to meet and exceed individual and team performance targets.
**Requirements**:
- Proficiency in spoken and written Korean and English.
- Prior experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
- Strong communication skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work in rotational shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and basic computer proficiency.
- Positive attitude, resilience, and a willingness to learn and grow.
- Eligible to work in Malaysia.
