Petaling Jaya, Malaysia SERVELEAD SDN BHD Full time

Providing support to the Accounting Department.
- Processing transactions, issuing checks, and updating ledgers, budgets, etc.
- Maintaining bookkeeping and office accounting needs
- Collecting payments and updating accounts payable and receivable records.
- Preparing financial reports.
- Assisting with audits, fact checks, and resolving discrepancies.
- Handling office's petty cash.
- Responsible for summarization report on utilities & payment, maintenance of company vehicle, runner, fuel usage, credit card usage, project cost, etc.
- Responsible for preparing Purchase Order (PO) to supplier and subcontractor.
- Performing basic office tasks, such as filing, printing, reporting, data entry, answering phones, processing the mail, purchase office's stationary & sundries, etc.

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
