Klang, Malaysia TODAY BAKERIES PROUCTS (KLANG) SDN BHD Full time

Responsible for the reception area of a business and documentations, and maintain reception area in a clean and tidy manner.
- Greet and serve guest, direct to the right department/person in charge.
- Receive parcel and related courier item.
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries.
- Prepare meeting room for meeting, training and other events.
- Assist account department to check invoice.
- Manage office stationeries supply, include ordering, providing. request for purchasing and monitoring stock.
- Any other ad hoc jobs as required by the superior from time to time.
- Monday-Friday, 8:30am-6:00pm

Pay: RM1,600.00 - RM1,800.00 per month
