**We will count on you to**:

- Report directly to the Corporate & Commercial Segment Leader
- Manage a set of accounts and expand existing relationships by increasing of wallet share
- Display an interest in building relationships with clients, carriers and colleagues to build rapport
- Self-starter, motivated to drive revenue and optimise opportunities
- Support regional initiatives in delivery of client needs, digitalization onboarding and technological enhancement to business systems
- Prepare content for client stewardship for key clients and periodic strategies discussion with them

**What you need to have**:

- Proven track record of interacting with clients and senior stakeholder management.
- At least 8 years of management experience working in Client and Account Management, Business Development roles. Regional related experience a plus.
- Exceptional numerical, analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills.
- Strong appetite to own client relationships, in addition to hunting and driving new business.
- Strategic thinker with strong communication and presenting skills - both verbally and in writing.
- Proven record of leadership and managing top tier clients and regional initiatives roll outs.
- Ability to take ownership, prioritize work and meet deadlines with can-do attitude.
- Detail orientated and proficient in the use of Microsoft Office, PowerPoint and Excel.
