Job Responsibility:
- To achieve sales target set by the management for Retail
- Supervise the tyre fitter, mechanic, alignment technician to carry on their duties.
- Responsible to punctuality, work attitude & discipline of workers.
- Ensure excellent Customer sales and services.
- Stock management - monitoring movement, stock level & replenishment.
- Ensure that showroom display is up-to-date with new arrival stock.
- To provide the customers information regarding the tyres or wheels (Walk-in sales).
- To be more alert with customers’ needs & retail market.
- Ensure the safety guidelines are implemented to all subordinates.
- Build & motivate subordinates and work as a teamwork.
- Regularly random stocks check to minimize discrepancies.
- Conduct monthly stocks take and submit report to Account department.
**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM3,730.30 per month
