1. Content Planning: Collaborate with the marketing team to understand campaign objectives, target audience, and messaging. Develop creative concepts and ideas for video and photo content that align with the brand's image and social media strategy.

2. Video Production: Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality videos for social media platforms. This includes scripting, storyboarding, location scouting, coordinating talent or models, setting up equipment, capturing footage, and post-production editing using video editing software.

3. Photography: Capture compelling and visually appealing photographs for use on social media. This involves planning and organizing photoshoots, selecting appropriate locations, arranging props or styling, utilizing lighting techniques, and post-processing/editing photos to enhance their quality.

4. Creative Direction: Provide artistic direction and guidance to ensure that the videos and photos align with the brand's visual identity and messaging. This includes making decisions regarding camera angles, composition, lighting, color schemes, and overall aesthetics.

5. Equipment Management: Maintain and operate video and photography equipment, such as cameras, lenses, tripods, lighting, and audio recording devices. Stay updated with the latest equipment and techniques to enhance the quality of content production.

7. Social Media Management: Collaborate with the social media team to ensure that the video and photo content is optimized for each platform and adheres to posting schedules. Assist in caption writing, tagging, and optimizing descriptions to maximize reach and engagement.

8. Trend Monitoring: Stay abreast of current trends and styles in video and photography on social media platforms. Adapt and incorporate new techniques, effects, or formats to keep the content fresh and engaging.

9. Collaboration and Coordination: Collaborate with internal stakeholders, such as copywriters, graphic designers, and marketing managers, to ensure cohesive and integrated content. Coordinate with talent, models, or influencers for video and photoshoots when necessary.

10. Analytics and Optimization: Monitor and analyze the performance of video and photo content using social media analytics tools. Use insights to make data-driven decisions, optimize content, and identify opportunities for improvement.

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
