**Key Responsibilities**
- Assist in ensuring proper recruitment, selection and on-boarding processes
- Coordinate with respective HODs and compile training needs assessment and recommend relevant training programs
- Maintain and update employee data in HR database system and employee profiles
- Assist employees with HR-related enquiries
- Preparation of internal memo, notice and letter as and when required
- Engaging with employees on a regular basis to understand the people in the organization
**Requirements**:
- At least Diploma. Advance/ Higher/ Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate in relevant field
- At least 2 years experience in HR field
- Proficient in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Chinese language
- Sound knowledge in MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint
- Effective, clear and concise communication with good inter-personal and analytical skills
- Ability to deal and handle complex, diverse and sensitive HR issues
- Meticulous, resourceful and ability to work independently, with minimum supervision
- Possess passion and persistence personality with proactive working attitude and a good team player
Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
