Customer Service Executive

**JOB SCOPE**:
- Taking ownership to solve challenges faced by customers and clients' partners.
- Assist and resolve customers' inquiries with their travel-related inquiries, booking/reservations, flights tickets, refunds, cancellations, payment issues, etc.
- Exceeding customer expectation in terms of customer service & accurate information.
- Working in a team to achieve the required KPI elements and SLA
**REQUIREMENTS**:
- Excellent English & Mandarin/Cantonese communication (verbal & written) skills.
- Diploma and above or equivalent.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a call centre environment.
- An open and Willing to learn mind set Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply.
- Proper phone etiquette with excellent interpersonal and active listening skills.
- Resourceful, proactive and able to work independently.
- Fast learner with Good analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
**Job Type**: Permanent
**Salary**: Up to RM4,000.00 per month
