**Responsibilities**:

- Sourcing and identify potential clients.
- Maintain professional relationship with existing clients.
- Promote company services.
- Issuing of quotation, purchase order(PO) and delivering order(DO) to clients as requested and timely manner.
- Key in purchase delivery and receiving for record.
- Monthly keep up-to-date record and maintaining accurate record of sales.
- Answering phone calls, responding to callers' needs and transferring calls to relevant persons.
- Ensuring that all the documents be filed within 2 working days.
- Quality Management Representative (QMR) and prepare ISO document.
- perform any ad-hoc task related to department from time to time.

**Job Requirements**
- Diploma holder with any field or SPM/STPM holder.
- **Fresh graduates will also be considered.**:

- Familiar with Microsoft Office, Excel and Powerpoint.
- Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
- Selected applicant will work at **Pelangi Formpress, Masai.**

Pay: From RM1,700.00 per month
