Front Office Intern

**Responsibility: -**
- Provide friendly and efficient check-in and out service at Hotel Reception.
- Providing efficient, friendly, and cordial service at the Hotel Front Desk.
- Carry out the completion of the registration process by retrieving and inputting information into a computer system and confirming the guest's hotel reservation information.
- Ensure that all hotel policies and instructions implemented are followed throughout.
- Basic cashiering and credit card handling.
- To take phone enquiries and internet hotel room reservations.
- Handle guest complaints and special request in a professional manner, ensuring prompt actions at all times.
- Assist in shift reports preparation for submission to accounts.
- Maintain the hotel’s high standard of service and hospitality
**Requirements**:
- Hospitality/Customer Services course student or Fresh graduates from Hotel Management School or SPM Leavers are encouraged to apply.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia and able to work with all level of staff. A third additional language is a plus.
- A good team player and strive to have a career in the hospitality industry.
- Ability to work on weekends and public holidays.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: RM450.00 - RM500.00 per month
