To perform office administrative operation, control and monitoring
- To perform all book keeping activities and accounts reporting work
- Manage day-to-day accounting activities, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, and payroll processing
- Process purchase orders, sales orders, delivery orders
- Assisting with the budget planning, preparing and submitting tax forms and maintaining financial databases and record all transactions in the accounting system
- Perform any other duties and responsibilities as and when assigned by the superior to ensure operational efficiency

REQUIREMENT
- fresh graduates are welcome
- possess at least Diploma in Finance/Accountancy or equivalent
- possess skill in UBS accounting software is an added advantage
- self motivated and able to work independently
