We are seeking a talented and passionate Pottery Studio Artist to join our team. As a key member of our studio, you will play a vital role in inspiring and guiding our community of pottery enthusiasts. Your creativity, expertise, and ability to foster a positive and inclusive environment will contribute to the continued growth the continued growth and success of our studio.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead pottery classes and workshops for students of all ages and skill levels.
- Assist studio members with pottery techniques, projects, and troubleshooting.
- Manage studio equipment, kilns, and clay inventory.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe studio environment.
- Collaborate with other studio artists to create a dynamic and supportive artistic community.
- Continuously learn and stay up-to-date with pottery trends and techniques.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication and teaching skills to guide students effectively.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Demonstrated commitment to studio safety and best practices.
- Passion for pottery and a desire to share your expertise with others.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience teaching pottery classes or workshops.
- A portfolio showcasing your own pottery creations.
- Knowledge of glazing and firing processes.
- Familiarity with pottery studio management and equipment maintenance.
