Experience: 0-6 Months in customer support( INBOUND) Working Hours: Mon-Fri (Normal Working hrs.) Job Description - Serves customers by providing product and service information and resolving product and service problems - Manage Inbound/Outbound phone calls. - Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction. - Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication. - Perform servicing calls to reach out to customers to inform on pending premiums /encourage payment for continued coverage. - Provide a polite, professional and accurate response to queries by customers - Manager customer's expectations and follows up diligently to ensure PH makes premium payment by given timeline - Undertake any other works and duties allocated by management as and when required
