1. Plan, initiate, and manage administrative activities and processes for an executives or head of department.

2. Respond to non-technical inquires and administrative issues.

3. Serve in a project supervisory role as assigned by executives or head of department.

4. Prepare and/or review correspondence, reports, charts, spreadsheets and other related materials for executives or head of department.

5. Coordinate meetings and conferences relating to departmental matters.

6. Oversee and ensure departmental adherence to riding school regulations and policies.

7. Route matters from departmental personnel requiring the attention of executives or head of department.

8. Follow up on the behalf of executives or head of department on departmental issues to ensure timely response or action.

9. Screen all correspondence prepared for executives or head of department signature, signing on supervisor’s behalf when instructed to do so.

10. To attend all walk-in customer/guests professionally.

11. To assist enquiry/incoming calls, incoming and outgoing mails.

12. To maintain counter and office area clean and tidy.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM1,800.00 per month
