  • Serve in a project supervisory role as assigned by executives or head of department.
  • Prepare and/or review correspondence, reports, charts, spreadsheets and other related materials for executives or head of department.
  • Coordinate meetings and conferences relating to departmental matters.
  • Oversee and ensure departmental adherence to riding school regulations and policies.
  • Route matters from departmental personnel requiring the attention of executives or head of department.
  • Follow up on the behalf of executives or head of department on departmental issues to ensure timely response or action.
  • Screen all correspondence prepared for executives or head of department signature, signing on supervisor's behalf when instructed to do so.
  • To attend all walk-in customer/guests professionally.
  • To assist enquiry/incoming calls, incoming and outgoing mails.
  • To maintain counter and office area clean and tidy.
*Can work on Weekends Saturday & Sunday

Job Types:
Full-time, Contract

Contract length: 12 months

Pay:
RM1, RM1,800.00 per month
