**Job Purpose**

**To handle office administrative tasks and manage front desk support services to parents, students, and visitors.**

**Key Results Area/Responsibilities**

**Front Office & Telephone Reception**
- Attend to and response to walk in parents/students/visitors with courtesy.
- Ensure the front desk is neat, presentable, and lobby beverage has necessary supplies.
- Manage incoming calls and re-direct phone calls and ensure messages being delivery to recipient on timely basis.
- Administer outgoing and incoming mail/packages.
- Manage Student lost & found.

**Student Services**
- Manage uniforms samples and testing by parents/learners.
- Preparation of Visa Applications documents and attend to Parent/Students on Visa related enquiries.
- Spot check on quality of services by school bus and canteen operators.
- Handle customers/parents complaints on various services and follow-up with respective vendor for resolution;
**Administration Duties**
- Assignment form HOO include managing correspondence with regulatory bodies, renewal of licenses, timely filing, and update of record in EDP.
- Manage administration department’s stationery and pantry stock, timely purchasing to ensure sufficient supplies.
- Carry out other tasks/duties as assigned by the supervisors/Manager from time to time.

**Report**
- Generate monthly reports on lost & found, incoming and outgoing calls register and Admin stock control.
- Check and present related invoice for approval and coordinate with finance for payment.
- Generate end-of-day top-up kiosk collection report & collect money from the kiosk with Finance after school every day.

**Job Specification**

**Minimum Academic Qualification**
- Degree/Diploma/ certificate in relevant discipline or equivalent

**Related Experience**
- Minimum 1 years of relevant working experience in customer service, experience in education industry an added advantage.

**Competencies (Knowledge, Skills & Abilities)**
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with ability to communicate comfortably with students and parents in a courteous and professional manner
- Proficient in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia
- Possess good organizing and record keeping skills

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 3 months

**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
