Core responsibilities for CEnS members are to identify, drive, formulate and execute to optimal business processes and solutions for SMG business transformation and operation excellence, including:

- Plans/manages programs or projects to meet specific objectives or goals as set by the organization
- Anticipate the evolving business needs of the organization and external business environments to derive support strategy and roadmap in a proactive and continuous manner by liaising among regional and headquarter stakeholders
- Develop and ratify overall implementation plan with stakeholders and management
- Lead overall execution to ratified roadmap with all interdependencies considered
- Mitigate risks and recommend actions during the full course of project/program
- Provide holistic communication across all roadmap items on status, results and indicators to stakeholders
- Analyze and drive for continuous improvements to achieve OpX

**Qualifications**:
**Minimum Qualifications**:

- You should possess a Bachelor's degree in business, information technology or a related field
- 4+ years experience in project management
- 4+ years experience in order to cash process areas

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Master's degree or PMP certification is a plus
- Proven track record as a project manager in SAP S/4 HANA transformation projects or similar complex initiatives within semiconductor manufacturing
- Having good hands-on experience in SAP Sales and Distribution
- Order management or a Certification in SAP S/4 Hana (SD) is a plus.
- Strong understanding of Order-to-Cash (OTC) business processes and associated SAP solutions.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and adapt to evolving project dynamics.
- Analytical mindset with a focus on problem-solving and results-driven decision-making.
- Fluent English is a pre-requisite. In addition, speaking and reading Mandarin and/or Japanese would be an added advantage

The operations team focuses on forecasting, driving alignment with factory production and delivering efficiency tools and our marketing capability drives demand and localized marketing in locations around the globe. Our sales force navigates a complex partner and customer ecosystem while shaping product roadmaps, driving value for our customers, and collaborating to harness emerging technology trends to deliver comprehensive solutions.

This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. **In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.**
