Finance Assistant Manager

**Requirements**:
- A recognize Diploma/ Professional Degree (Finance/ Accountancy /Banking or equivalent)
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Experience in working in Trading / Shipping industry is preferred.
- Preferably with knowledge of MS Office and knowledge of SQL is a Must.
- Good interpersonal skills, Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong technical accounting background & meticulous.
- Must have sense of urgently in completion on task and produce expected results.
- Able to meet tight deadlines and work independently
**Responsibilities**:
- Handle full set of accounts.
- Prepare monthly management account reports, month-end closing, year-end closing, audit schedules, etc
- Reviewing all invoices and payment instructions for appropriate documents.
- Ensure accuracy and timely submission of management accounts.
- Able to organize and follow-up independently.
- Arranging and prepare monthly management report to the finance department.
- Process full set monthly payroll for staff, which included salary, OT, EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB, HRDF, allowance in ensuring accuracy and compliance to the management requirement.
- Any ad-hoc task assignment related with financial and basic by management.
