**Responsibility**:
Manage administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, maintaining records and coordinating logistics for events and promotions.

Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues and guiding customers through the buying journey.

Collaborate with various departments to streamline processes and optimize the omni-channel experience for customers.

Assist in shooting, hosting virtual and in-person events, including product launches, webinars and workshops.

Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions and industry trends to provide accurate information and recommendations to customers.

Any other ad-hoc tasks or duties as assigned by the superior/ management to you from time to time.

**Qualification & Requirement**:
Bachelor's degree in e-Commerce, Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Media Studies or equivalent related fields.

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively with customers and team members.

Excellent organizational abilities, with keen attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Customer-centric approach with a passion for delivering exceptional experiences across all channels.

Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and willingness to take on new challenges.

**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
