Business Development Executive

**What is the Main Responsibility for this position?**
The Marketing Admin. Executive play a key administrative role in supporting the Business Development & Marketing team and provide an important link between the company and the client. He/She have to ensure all sales-related paperwork is process accordingly and arranging for goods delivery. Specific responsibilities include dealing with invoices, chasing up overdue payments and monitoring ongoing orders.

Provides timely feedback to the Marketing Manager on business and operation related issues.
Coordinate customer order, delivery & customer requirements.
Ensure proper invoice preparation & submission, filling system of document and others.
Review of sales contracts, sales performance & customer complaint.
Maintains accurate records of all pricings, sales, and activity reports.
To check & distribute Proton PRECISE & Perodua ESIM article to related dept PIC.
To coordinate and resolve outstanding accrued sales & good in transit.
Prepare ERS discrepancy report and resolve with customer.
Consolidate HOD report, sales summary report and others.
To monitor the compliance of IATF 16949:2016 requirements.
Review the customer firm and forecast order (monthly basis) which submitted by Marketing Executive.
Supervisory of subordinates to ensure the delegated assignment completely fulfilled.
Completion of assignment that assigned by the department manager.
**Who are suitable for this position? Minimum Requirement(s)**:
Diploma or above.
At least 3-5 years experience in related field, experience in export market is an advantage.
Proficient in English and high sense of responsibility.
Independent & self motivated and also able to leading by example.

Good all-round administrative abilities, including a working knowledge of spreadsheets.
Excellent customer service skills and be good organizers.
Commercial awareness.
