Junior Cake Decorator

CakesCrush is a modern bakery that provides Custom Desserts for events. We have been established since 2012 and we are looking for fresh new people into our business Have a view of our works on Instagram and Facebook : CakesCrush

Full-Time
Probation Period : 3 months

**Responsibilities**:

- Creative

- Detail-oriented and planning skills
- Ability to work with team members to solve problems
- Ability to read and follow recipes
- Possess good communication skills

Main Duties
- Good experience with Fondant, Buttercream and Royal Icing
- Wide knowledge of hand craft baking techniques
- Sound knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- Keeping records related to, inventory and production levels
- Cleaning and restocking workstations and ensuring that all equipment is cleaned properly.
- Think of new and innovative products to be sold.

**Requirements**:

- Malaysians only
- Minimum SPM or Culinary Studies related certification
- 1-2 years working experience in bakery industry is preferred.
- Possess own transport
- Good command of Bahasa and English language.
- Able to work on shifts including weekends and holidays
