EDESS Education Development and Solutions Specialist Sdn Bhd is seeking a dynamic and organized Administrative Executive to join our growing team. **Responsibilities**:
- Manage and oversee daily administrative operations, ensuring smooth functioning of the office.
- Maintain and organize company files, records, and documents, both physical and digital.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, schedule meetings, and manage calendars.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other business-related documents.
- Provide general administrative support to various teams and departments.
- Liaise with external stakeholders, partners, and clients in a professional and courteous manner.
- Monitor office supplies and equipment inventory, and place orders when necessary.
- Support HR functions, including employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective coordination and communication.
**Job Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience as an Administrative Executive or similar role.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.
- Proactive problem-solving skills and a flexible approach to work.
- Excellent multitasking abilities and the capacity to prioritize tasks effectively.
- A collaborative and adaptable mindset, thriving in a fast-paced environment.
**How to Apply**:

**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
