Accounts Admin Executive

Able to perform task independently
- Ensure accounting transactions are correctly and accurately posted in SQL Accounting system
- Responsible for monthly closing accounts and preparation of accounting monthly reporting
- Ensure report deadlines are met
- Maintain and ensure up-to-date billing include issue invoice, record collection, update master record
- Prepare and process monthly payment promptly
- Prepare Purchase Order and Payment Request
- Record and update employees leave record
- Manage office maintenance, servicing and office supplies
- Ensure filing is done on timely manner
- Propose and implement suitable financial policies and procedures as and when required
- To support & assist Accounts Manager
- Perform additional task or ad-hoc assignment as required by Management & Accounts Manager
- 2 years of working experience in the related field
- Required Skills : Microsoft Excel, PDF
- SQL Accounting System
**Salary**: RM2,800.00 - RM3,200.00 per month
