You will be reporting to the Director Product & Operations International Connectivity and contributing to the optimization of our margins and quality of our routes through your energy and commitment. We welcome your creativity and business acumen to propose innovative ideas that can lead to new processes, tools, product opportunities and revenue streams.

**Responsibilities**:
You will thrive for the Unit’s cost optimization & margin growth coordinated by the reporting manager by testing routes, analyzing the client’s routing requirements, ensuring the price and cost of A2P SMS for destinations around the World are up to date, and executing your work with methodology and initiative by:

- Monitor and manage routing and quality performance and pricing.
- Perform detailed analysis, identify problems, and produce solutions
- Setting policy for the products by researching cost and market conditions and proposing new tools or initiatives that deliver cost optimization and margin growth.
- Analyze and find solutions to increase revenue and margin across the products.
- Liaise with other internal departments daily
- Test and measure the route quality for each country in the prioritized regions in coordination with the Technical Teams to ensure the defined quality KPIs.
- Work with external suppliers.
- Use your creativity, professional experience, and business acumen to propose, design and implement Routing operational policies and procedures and initiatives.
- Managing a team to operate shift work.

**Requirements**:

- Experienced and excellent understanding of the Telecommunications ecosystem in the areas of A2P SMS, Long Numbers, Short Codes, or interconnection in general
- SS7 SMS A2P experience is considered a plus
- Excellent operational and analytical skills with 2-4 years of proven experience.
- International experience with a SMS Aggregator NOC team is considered a plus
- You need to hold at least a bachelor's degree, preferably in Economics, Business Management, or any other area with an analytical, commercial, or financial background.
- Proficiency in Excel.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Be able to work independently as well as with a team.
- Clear understanding of financial metrics and business margin control
- Multi-tasking and prioritization abilities.
- Fluency in English
- Positive and problem-solving mindset.
- Capacity of initiative, working with high level of autonomy, result oriented, organized, and careful with details.
