- Oversee daily operations of the cafe and florist.
- Ensure both outlets are well-presented and fully stocked.
- Implement and maintain operational procedures and standards.
- **Customer Service**:

- Ensure excellent customer service is provided at all times.
- Handle customer complaints and feedback effectively.
- Train staff in customer service best practices.
- **Staff Management**:

- Schedule and supervise staff shift.
- Conduct regular team meetings and training sessions.
- Motivate and manage team performance.
- **Inventory and Supply Chain**:

- Monitor and manage inventory levels.
- Coordinate with suppliers for timely deliveries.

- Work with the team to create new menu items and floral arrangements.
- Maintain consistency in product presentation and standards.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in hospitality management, business administration, or a related field is preferred.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory role within the retail, hospitality, or floral industry.

**Skills**:

- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Proficient in inventory management and financial reporting.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.

Pay: From RM2,800.00 per month
