- In a landscape transitioning to alternative, more sustainable energy, the demand for our services and expertise is rising rapidly. Presently, our business focuses on on-shore piping systems for natural gas, liquefied petroleum gas and other industrial gases, including transmission line, distribution line and piping installation in residential, commercial and industrial buildings. We also oversee relocation works relating to pipeline systems._
- Our service encompasses end-to-end project management: design, supply, delivery, fabrication, installation until system commissioning._
**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**:
**(Administration - 60%)**
- Responsible for daily operations, including maintaining office supplies, coordinating facility maintenance, and ensuring smooth workflow
- Address employee queries regarding office management issues (e.g. stationery, Hardware and Equipment)
- Liaise with facility management vendors, including cleaning, catering and security services. Maintain the office condition and arrange necessary repairs.
- To carry out regular checks on the common areas, cleaning disposal, security, landscape, and other related services
- To manage vendors, suppliers, and other service providers to ensure efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Keeping records of office facilities, equipment and service maintenance and renewal. Coordinate with the IT third party partner regarding on all office equipment (e.g. Laptops, printers, computers)
- Maintain a systematic and comprehensive filing system and safekeeping of confidential documents.
- Perform any ad-hoc duties as assigned by the manager/supervisor.
**(Procurement - 20%)**
- Supporting purchase requisition from internal operation and office.
- Assist Managing Director in any bulk purchase matters.
- Sourcing for materials, services, equipment, products for all departments.
- Perform in assisting purchasing to support daily operation.
- Communicate with Finance and Account department for purchase payment and claim.
**(General Accounting - 20%)**
- Assist in preparation for all required payments and ensure all documentation are matched before payment processing.
- Supporting in monthly reconciliation and follow up is conducted for Receivables and Payables.
- Follow up and assists in monthly clearing of Receivables and Payables segments.
- Perform any ad-hoc duties as assigned by the manager/supervisor.
**QUALIFICATION**:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration/Accounting or related field.
- At least 1 or 2 years working experience in Administration Office
- Enquire a basic knowledge and competency in accounting principles.
- Proven track records in group consolidation and reporting
- Reporting - a proven ability to communicate information, both orally and written, in a manner and style appropriate to the intended audience.
- Demonstrate a service oriented approach towards recipients of financial reports: the corporate and business areas.
- Proven initiative, sound judgement and discretion
- Sets and maintains high standards and consistently produces high quality work.
- Highly organized, with an ability to prioritize multiple tasks and manage time to meet deadlines.
**Salary**: RM2,800.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
