**Job Descriptions**:

- Handle customer invoices on a daily basis, ensuring matching to LOE and liaise with the operation and legal departments as and when needed.
- Assisting with audits, fact checks, and resolving discrepancies.
- Create and update expenses reports
- Prepare the commission payment to RMC's and reseller
- To ensure timely updating and reconciling all collection and payment reports daily.
- Responsible for the Company's account receivable accounts payable & journals entry tasks.
- Preparing monthly staff claim reimbursement & updating Company fixed assets
- Maintain the accounts file by filing all the relevant documents properly
- Generate and compile daily / monthly report from the accounts systems before any submission
- Liaise with banking-related matters, such as TT/ GIRO/ RENTAS
- Assist in Month-end closing and administrative matter
- Any other ad-hoc duties as and when assigned by the superior.

**Job Requirements**:

- At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
