**The Job**:

- Responsible for General Accounting.
- Handle Accounts Payable & Receivable for the group of companies.
- Maintain ledgers, verify, and record payable transactions.
- Process payments in compliance with finance policies and procedures.
- Prepare inter-company billings.
- Perform day to day verification / recording of sales data.
- Maintain receivable records to ensure ageing is up to date
- Reconcile payable / receivable ledgers to ensure all billings & payments / sales & receipts are accounted for and properly posted.
- Prepare analysis in relation to accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Perform administrative, finance works and general accounting tasks assigned by the superior.

**Requirements**:
**The Person**:

- Possess Advance Diploma/Degree in Accounting and Finance/ACCA Part Qualified.
- At least 1 year of working experience as an Account Executive.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Positive attitude, detail-oriented and possess interpersonal skills.
- Independent and able to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
- High level of accuracy, integrity, commitment and a sense of urgency.
- Good command of English & Chinese (verbal & written).
