- Full Office administrative functions, including:
Handling day to day accounting and finance activities, including payment preparation etc
Communicate with suppliers, sub contractor including negotiation and purchase materials
Use of accounting software (SQL) to derive documents and reports
Maintain staff attendance record and month end payroll preparation
Written communication report and documents
Communicate with customer, update and provide required reports, quotation etc
Maintain files and records
Communicate and interact with technical staffs for their day to day work schedule, their claims, expenses
Maintain petty cash, record and claims
