Billing Specialist

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Regular manual billing
- EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) monitoring
- E-invoicing (platforms)
- manual uploading of Invoices.
- Daily / Monthly Monitoring to ensure error free transactions.
- Resolve billing related errors.
- Billing standard activities.
- Routine and period-end reporting
- Incident creation and analysis of the problem
- IT testing of new or updated functionalities within the ERP system
**Education/Work Experience**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Commercial Administration
- Experience in Customer Service, Administration or Finance
- Advanced Microsoft Office Suite Excel, Word, Outlook software
- Knowledge of other languages will be an asset
- Very Good organizational and time management skills with ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Details oriented person
- Proficient in writing and communicate in English.
- Experience in a team or self-directed work environment
- Ability to maintain a positive attitude.
- Ability to handle a confidential information.
- Ability to work well under pressure.
