**JOB DESCRIPTION:.**
- Develop strategies to achieve KPI’s and Goals, while addressing Social Media platform’s unique strengths and challenges.
- Management of all social media accounts across 3 brands (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest, TikTok) - posts, replies, messages etc.
- Collaborates with the key team members to generate new content or curate existing content for all channels on social media (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest, TikTok).
- Ensure consistency and quality across all social media platforms.
- Support the team in the conception, planning, and production of relevant content.
- Organise collaborations and partnerships, and other marketing campaigns.
- Support the team with production-related tasks (building landing pages, pulling image selects, prepping assets, etc)
- Stays current on social/digital storytelling best practices and emerging trends. Shares knowledge with team and other key team members.
- Implement innovative social content during communication planning. (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest etc.)
- Regularly monitors and measures content performance. Work closely with analytic and insights team and makes recommendations to enhance content performance.
- Share performance and competitor reports with client on Daily, Weekly and Monthly basis (report mainly generated by Data team, Insight and recommendation added by content lead)
- Designing social media graphics.
- Plan and continuously improve by capturing and analysing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights and best practices, and then acting on the information.
- Organises and facilitates integrated social content planning session.

**JOB REQUIREMENT:'**
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; Master's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Marketing Manager.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, SEO, Wordpress, social media, and proficiency in managing Facebook and TikTok ad campaigns.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Familiarity with local cultural nuances and market dynamics in Malaysia.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Student job

**Salary**: Up to RM4,500.00 per month
